In celebration of International Women’s Day, we are partnering with Dress for Success Tasmania and the beautiful Fellini Restaurant Hobart to offer our Flourish ladies an event that's really special. $10 from each ticket will go to Dress for Success Tasmania and help them in the incredible work they do supporting women.

📅 Date: Saturday, 22nd March 2025

📍 Venue: Fellini Italian Restaurant, Macq 01, 8/18 Hunter Street, Hobart

⏰ Time: 12:00PM – 3:00 PM (1230PM formal kick off)

Antipasti Shared Plates

1. Caprese di Bufala (V, GF)

Buffalo mozzarella, heirloom cherry tomato, fresh & fried basil olive oil 

2. Tavolozza del Salumiere:

High quality selections of Italian cured meats, cheeses and marinated

vegetables

Pizza Shared Plates:

3.Margherita - Tomato base, buffalo mozzarella, basil extra virgin olive oil 

4. Pappardelle al Ragu di Ossobuco:

Pappardelle Fresche con Ragu di Ossobuco (Fresh Pappardelle with Ossobuco Ragu)

Tiramisu - Traditional Italian tiramisú inside a chocolate bon bon

Semifreddo – Vanilla & Salted Caramel Semifreddo

A glass of sparkling is provided on arrival. Guests can purchase their own drinks after that at the bar.

Seating

If you are coming to this event in a group and wish to sit together (upto 10), please either book together in the one order, or email flourisheventstas@gmail.com to advise who needs to be seated together. A lot of our ladies attend these events on their own and you will be allocated to a table with other lovely ladies.

About Dress for Success Tasmania:

Dress for Success Tasmania provides appropriate clothing and styling advice for women who may be seeking to re-enter the workforce after a period of unemployment, may need to dress formally for a range of other situations such as appearances in court, attending a funeral, returning to the community after a period of imprisonment or any other circumstances when access to our services would make a difference.

Our Core Programs:

• Interview Styling – A one-hour appointment where clients receive a complete outfit to help them feel confident and prepared for their job interview or new role.

• Employment Styling – Once a client secures a job, they can book an appointment to receive a capsule wardrobe with a full week’s worth of workwear.

• Life Event Styling – Support for women needing professional attire for important occasions, including court appearances, funerals, weddings, and graduations.

All clothing provided is high-quality, excellent-condition brand-name workwear that clients keep. Beyond just clothing, we offer guidance on outfit selection, helping women feel empowered, confident, and ready for their next steps.

• Career Support – We assist women with resume building, cover letter writing, and job applications through virtual, email, or in-person support.

• Prison Program – We provide "Welcome Backpacks" to women exiting Mary Hutchinson Prison, filled with essential items to help them transition with dignity.
