By purchasing a ticket or booking a travel experience with Flourish Experiences, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your booking.
1. Eligibility
Flourish Experiences events and travel experiences are open to individuals who identify as women and are aged 18 years or older.
By purchasing a ticket or making a booking, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Bookings, Payments and Ticket Transfers
All bookings are subject to availability.
Unless otherwise stated, bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your booking to another eligible participant by notifying Flourish Experiences prior to the event.
The original booking holder is responsible for ensuring the new participant meets the eligibility requirements.
To transfer a booking, please provide Flourish Experiences with the new participant's full name, email address and contact number before the event commences.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
If Flourish Experiences cancels an event or travel experience, all participants will be notified as soon as possible.
Where an event is cancelled by Flourish Experiences, participants will be offered either:

A full refund; or
-
A credit towards a future Flourish Experiences event or travel experience.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.
Flourish Experiences is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, meals, transport, travel insurance or other personal expenses.
4. Travel Experiences
Additional booking conditions may apply to multi-day travel experiences, hosted holidays, theatre weekends, retreats and accommodation packages.
Any additional conditions will be provided at the time of booking and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Travel Insurance
For interstate, overnight and extended travel experiences, Flourish Experiences strongly recommends that participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
Travel insurance may provide cover for cancellation costs, travel delays, medical emergencies, supplier failures and other unforeseen circumstances.
Flourish Experiences is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances that may otherwise be covered by travel insurance.
6. Third Party Suppliers
Flourish Experiences works with a range of independent third-party suppliers including transport providers, accommodation providers, venues, guides, activity operators and restaurants.
While we take reasonable care in selecting our suppliers, Flourish Experiences is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, products or performance of third-party providers.
Any issues relating to services provided by third parties should be raised directly with the relevant supplier where appropriate.
7. Itinerary Changes
From time to time, itineraries, venues, accommodation, activities, transport arrangements or inclusions may need to change due to weather conditions, operational requirements, supplier availability, safety considerations or circumstances beyond our control.
Where possible, Flourish Experiences will provide a suitable alternative of comparable value.
Such changes do not automatically entitle participants to a refund.
8. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically able to participate in the activities included within an event or travel experience.
Any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, accessibility requirements or other relevant information should be disclosed to Flourish Experiences prior to attendance.
Participants remain responsible for their own health, wellbeing, medications, personal belongings and travel documentation.
9. Participant Conduct
Flourish Experiences is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for all participants.
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, abusive behaviour, excessive intoxication or behaviour that negatively impacts other participants will not be tolerated.
Flourish Experiences reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any attendee from an event or travel experience without refund if their behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive or detrimental to the group experience.
10. Photography and Marketing
We love capturing the special moments from our events and travel experiences.
By attending, you consent to photographs and videos being taken which may be used by Flourish Experiences for marketing, promotional and social media purposes.
If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please advise us prior to or during the event and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
11. Liability
Participation in events and travel experiences involves a degree of personal responsibility and risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Flourish Experiences will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, inconvenience, expense or consequential loss arising from participation in an event or travel experience, except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Participants attend and participate at their own risk.
12. Force Majeure
Flourish Experiences will not be liable for cancellations, delays, changes or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather events, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, industrial action, transport disruptions, supplier failures or other unforeseen events.
Where possible, Flourish Experiences will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements or credits.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Amendments
Flourish Experiences reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The most current version will be published on our website and will apply to future bookings.
