🏛️ Richmond – Step Back in Time

Our first stop is the historic village of Richmond — one of Tasmania’s most charming and well-preserved colonial towns. Wander cobblestone streets, browse boutique shops and enjoy a relaxed coffee at one of the local cafés… but the real highlight?

Our first stop is a visit to the iconic Richmond Gaol.

Built in the 1820s, Richmond Gaol is the oldest intact gaol in Australia, once home to convicts as young as 9 years old. As you walk through the original cells and courtyard, you’ll get a powerful glimpse into Tasmania’s convict past — stories of hardship, resilience and survival that shaped the island we know today.

🍷 Caledon Estate – Long Lunch, Flourish Style

From history to pure indulgence… we make our way into the stunning Coal River Valley for a long, leisurely lunch at Caledon Estate.

Think vineyard views, fresh country air and a table set for connection and conversation.

You’ll enjoy:

✨ A delicious two-course menu - Green pea arancini with parmesan cream and roasted chicken with barley and caponata salad
