Ladies, it’s time to celebrate another fabulous year of Flourish! 💗

Join us for our end of year Flourish Ladies Day Out as we head to beautiful Derwent Estate for an afternoon of gorgeous food, flowing wine, plenty of laughs and the chance to meet some new friends.

Set amongst the vines overlooking the River Derwent, Derwent Estate is the perfect spot for us to gather, celebrate and enjoy a long, relaxed lunch together.

OUR FLOURISH FEAST

We'll sit down for lunch at 1.00pm and enjoy a beautiful shared-style menu from The Shed, showcasing local Tasmanian produce.

To begin

Seeded sourdough bread with sea salt butter

Starter

A seasonal starter selected by the Chef – details to be confirmed closer to the day

Shared mains & sides

12-hour slow-cooked lamb shoulder

Twice-cooked Scottsdale pork belly with fish sauce caramel and pickled vegetables

Crispy locally sourced potatoes with herbed sour cream and pickled shallot

Fennel roasted pumpkin with Redbank mustard & lemon vinaigrette and pumpkin seed dukkah

Dessert

A seasonal dessert to finish (alternate drop) – details to be confirmed closer to the day.

AND OF COURSE… THE DRINKS! 🥂

Our afternoon includes a 2.5-hour beverage package, with a selection of Derwent Estate wines plus beer, cider and soft drinks.

So leave the car at home, jump on the Flourish bus and settle in for a beautiful afternoon with the girls!

TRANSPORT

We have two different ticket types for this event - with transport and without transport.

For those wanting us to join us on the bus (with our favourite driver, Leroy), we have two convenient pick-up points:

12.15pm – Hobart City (Sky Bus Stop Campbell Street Hobart - Outside the Grand Chancellor)

12.30pm – Glenorchy (Kinetic Bus Stop Brooker Highway heading north opposite My State Arena)

We'll then make our way together to Derwent Estate for our 1.00pm lunch.

Prefer to make your own way there? We also have a limited number of self-drive tickets available for those who live closer to the venue.

TICKETS

$229 per person – including return bus transport

$209 per person – self-drive

Your ticket includes:

• Return bus transport from Hobart City or Glenorchy (bus ticket holders)

• Shared feast at Derwent Estate consisting of entree, main and dessert

• 2.5-hour beverage package including Derwent Estate wines, beer, cider and soft drinks

• A fully hosted Flourish experience

• Prizes, surprises and plenty of Flourish cheer!

• The chance to make new connections.

Come on your own, bring a friend, or gather the girls. As always with Flourish, you don't need to know anyone before you come — there'll be a whole group of women ready to welcome you.

Refunds will not be offered but your tickets are transerrable to another lady if you find you can't make it.
