Need some fresh air, good conversation and a gentle Sunday reset?

Join us for our next Flourish Walk & Talk at beautiful Risdon Brook Dam — a relaxed social walk for women who love connection, nature and getting out and about. Whether you come solo or with a friend, you’ll be warmly welcomed. These walks are all about meeting new people, getting some exercise and enjoying some meaningful (and often very funny!) conversations along the way.

Bring your walking shoes, a water bottle and jacket. Look out for Jacqui in the main carpark. Please note this walk requires a moderate level of fitness as parts of the track are quite steep and has loose gravel.
