We’re heading to Risdon Brook Dam for a relaxed Flourish Walk & Talk — a chance to get outside, stretch the legs, have a chat and maybe meet someone new along the way.

All ladies welcome — and first-timers especially! Whilst this is a leisurely walk please keep in mind that there are a few hills and uneven pathways - so wear good walking shoes and bring a water bottle.
